It's been long time since I last post here. And also a long time since I last meet you guys. Time really flies. I graduated 2 years ago, and now, its Shizhe and Sean's turn! I can still remember Shizhe being that act cute sec 1(he is still one now).

Found this picture in one of my folder. And then I thought for awhile, remembering those times we spent together. Laughters we shared, tears we shed together when Anchun and Shimin are graduating...

Legato tonging. Not short short one. Start with G. then go down to F, E, D, C.

5. Accruacy Training
Use Concert Bb.
Play each note 10 times. Start the note properly, if not, start counting from 1 again. Do the whole scale.

So yea, We've went to Queensway to look for the t-shirt making shop(?) and found one.
White tee, with 3 printing colours? Would be cotton, collar. The material is something the old band tee i think. The one whereby only sec4s and above have one, the tee before coffee tee.
But the 3 colours can give suggestion what coolours you all want?
Black (confirm), Orange(sort of confirm?), Thn i need you ll to choose one more colour, colour tht can be match with Black and Orange.
You all can tag in the tagboard what colour if you want? Haha.

& The next section outing will be around November/ December.

Yesterday was Singapore's Birthday!
And I really pity those people involve in the parade. They need to stand under the rain and not to move.

Anyway, Im here to blog post about this too------->ABC Family!

Thailand trip was alright:D
Except that our movement was realllllllyyyy slow, andwe kept repeating the same things over and over again, Because we didn't do what that guy wants.
Meals was okay. Hotel was okay. University was okay.

2nd day,
1st day in university,
Had sectionals with Pierce and University students. Mix and Wan i think.
Sectionals on technical stuffs. Buzzing, Lip Buzzing, Slurring, Howto start and stop notes and so-on.
Then we had lunch, sat as a section.
Then we combined, all brasses. Did Overture. Were told which parts to be softer.
Then after combined, went to i-dntknw-where to buy foods.
Then after that had Dinner. Dinner at Royal Dragon Restaurant(?)
Then went to NightMarket to shop.
Then went back to hotel[2hrsride!]
De-brief and went back to our own room.

Day3,
Woke up and had breakfast.
Then bus ride to University, last day there:(
Then reached, had workshop. Did tuning, warmups, overture
Lunch time, interact with students there. They're super funny:D
Then return back to the room for combined. Overture.
Then played Overture.
Then had photo taking. Took trumpet photo:D
Superfunny, the photo taking was superfunny.
Then, after photo taking and everything. we got up the bus.
Went to some place for Dinner. Had steamboat.
Due to rain, didn't went shopping.
Went back hotel.
De-brief, went back to rooms.

Day4,LASTDAY
Woke up,breakfast.
Then bus ride to some gallery place.
Look around, some of them bought stuffs there.
Then 10+, bus to shopping centre.
Shop for an hour.
Bus to some place for lunch.
Lunch- Buffet.
Boat to th other end
Took bus to airport.
Say byebye to thailand, bangkok.
REACH SINGAPORE AT 8.

So, guys, learnt anything in this trip?

The 1812 Overture (full title: Festival Overture "The Year 1812" in E flat major, Op. 49) is Pyotr Llyich Tchaikovsky's stirring orchestral tribute commemorating Russia's 1812 defense against Napoleon's advancing Grande Armée at the Battle of Borodino, during the devastating French invasion of Russia. Field Marshall Mikhail Kutuzov's defiant stand 75 miles west of Moscow greatly weakened the French army, forced its subsequent withdrawal from Moscow, saved Russia from certain defeat, and marked the major turning point of the Napoleonic Wars. The 1812 Overture is best known for its thunderous volley of cannon Tchaikovsky's work is one of fewer than ten that use guns or cannon in their score, and is one of fewer still that call for the ringing of a carillon, fire and ringing chimes, which evoke the fury of the battlefield and the Russian people's subsequent victory. (During the Battle of Borodino, the two sides fired an average estimated 15,000 rounds of cannon fire per hour, over the course of 15 hours. The Overture debuted in the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow on August 20, 1882, a church that was destroyed by Stalin in the 1930s.

Beginning with the plaintive hymn "God Preserve Thy People", which was the old Czarist Russian National Anthem, the piece moves through a mixture of pastoral and militant themes portraying the increasing distress of the Russian people at the hands of the invading French. ADDICTION II, OVER.
CAMP(27th-30th November 2007), OVER.
Camp was alright, AddictionII was cool.
AddictionII, and it ended so fast. this is probably the last concert with most of them. Sec4s, Shimin and Anchun had graduated. Sec3 will be graduating next year-.- Oh anyway, Believe and Latin was fun, ha. And to people who gave trumpeters gifts, THANKYOU eh^^ that's very nice of all of you(:
Camp was as usual. yah, like all band camp was about the same-.- just that this camp is a little more relaxing. And the food taste nicer. at least better than last time? lol.
Day one - Had exchange with regent in the hall. they came Hougang.
Day two - Some trumpeters from nafa came to play us few pieces, after out dinner.
